Introduction: My name is Jerry Turner and I am a massage therapist who has been practicing massage for over 10 years. I have and used many hand held massage tools and have never had the kind of results as this Turner bar. When you use stone, plastic, or wood, these materials are so hard that they can easily bruise the tissue. This rubber tip feels so much better yet able to apply as much pressure as you need. This Turner Bar can give your thumbs a recovery time for other areas. About 80% of my clients come to me because of the very deep work I do. My clients do enjoy the Turner Bar as part of my routine on them. I have had clients even buy this for themselves to use at home for trigger points and other areas of the body like: feet, hands, shoulders arms, etc. The price is very reasonable considering some of the prices I have seen are up to $26.00 for a piece of molded plastic, cheap wood products, or a smooth stone. This high quality oak handle should last a lifetime. Some have a polyurethane finish and some are unfinished. Every massage therapist should have a few in their practice. You won’t be disappointed!

USES: The Turner Bar can be used for deep pressure massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and other massage techniques.

HOW TO USE: Palpate area and find desired muscle to work on. Apply pressure over handle with proper biomechanics of your hand, elbow, shoulder, back, etc. Use your trigger point, neuromuscular, pressure point, etc. modality and treat the area according to your knowledge in these areas. It is assumed that you have the proper training and know your anatomy very well to be using this tool.

DESCRIPTION: Hand crafted all oak measuring 4″x3″x1″ with a rubber tip. The small rubber tip is beveled at 60 degrees for more precise areas to focus on. The other rubber tip is more round and able to focus on more broad areas of muscles. I only use the highest quality products. These products are all made in the state of Wisconsin.

FUNCTION: The purpose of this hand massage tool is to assist in some of the deep pressure used and take the stress and force off the tendons and ligaments of the wrist, hands, and thumbs. The special designed rubber tip is much safer and far less likely to slip, causing harm. There are many advantages to this rubber tip design and many areas on the body to use it. Because of the hardness of the other materials like stone, wood, or plastic, you wouldn’t be able to work along the deep muscles and tendons along the spine without bruising it.

ADVANTAGES:–The Turner Bar handle is easy to grip for any size hand.–Three different types to choose from to fit your needs: right and left handed Turner Bar, T-bar, L-bar.–Two special designed rubber tips to avoid bruising of tissue, or

compressing on bony areas.–I’ve used stone, wood, plastic, and nothing feels better than the rubber tipped pressure on your muscles.–You are able to be more precise because of the 60 degree angle on the rubber tips.–The larger tip is more round and able to cover more muscle area.–You can reduce overuse injury of your hands and especially your

thumb muscles by using the Turner Bar.–Easily works through clothes and will hold unlike the slipping of stone, wood, and plastic.–Excellent to use in Neuromuscular Therapy, deep tissue work and trigger points.–Great for static pressure on muscles.
